"Item Not Received"
I placed an order for a Christmas gift on December 7th, and here we are, still waiting for it to show up. The only communication I’ve received is an email saying they’ve instructed the courier to get it to me as soon as possible. Honestly, I just want either a refund or a replacement. They can clearly see it hasn’t been delivered. At this point, I’m pretty much out of luck for getting the gift on time. This was my first time buying from this company, and it’s likely gonna be the last.

"Fantastic Customer Experience"
Fantastic customer experience. I searched high and low for a better price, but this was the best I found. Communication was top-notch all the way. Delivery was super quick. I really can't complain about this company.

"Awesome communication and speedy delivery!"
I ordered a pair of leather work gloves, and I gotta say, the communication was excellent all the way through. They arrived fast and without any hassle.

"Issue with vacuum cleaner resolved quickly..."
Encountered a problem with the vacuum cleaner I purchased from Sunvis after about 8 weeks. I reached out to them, and they got back to me the same day with a return label. They sent me a brand new vacuum that showed up in less than a week. I'd definitely suggest them to family and friends since their prices are pretty good, and my experience with them has been nothing but positive.

"Absolutely the worst experience!"
The item I purchased never showed up. I’m not sure where the issue lies (whether it’s with Sunvis or DPD), but after over two weeks of back-and-forth emails, I’m still waiting for a solution. I’m really frustrated and my money is tied up. If I had to make a choice again, I’d definitely go with another company. You might spend a little extra, but you get way better service. I’m fed up with chasing for updates. My free time is being wasted on this.

"Top Notch Service"
I hadn't come across this company prior, but while looking for a new garden hose, they popped up as the most affordable option on Google. The service was fantastic; I placed my order on a Sunday evening, got a DPD courier confirmation that same night, and it arrived on Tuesday. I'm really impressed. I'd definitely buy from them again.

"Impressed with the service I got..."
I really can't complain about the service I got from this online shop. I found them by luck and discovered what I needed for £10 less than any other place online or on the high street. Their website is super easy to use and didn’t force me to set up an account just to check out. The product matched the description perfectly, and the delivery was quick and right on time. All in all, I'm quite pleased with my shopping experience and would definitely shop here again and tell my friends about it.

"Quick delivery and just as promised"
I recently discovered this shop and picked up a Braun hand blender. The package showed up super fast, just like they said, and it came with a UK plug. I was a tad anxious due to the few reviews, but I’m really pleased with both the service and the item.

"Great experience with my kettle order"
I picked up a kettle that was the lowest price I could spot compared to other online shops. I had a bit of worry since I couldn't locate any reviews for the store.
Right after I placed my order, I got a confirmation right away, and a few days later, I was informed when my order was on its way. The item showed up a day sooner than I expected.
All in all, it was a fantastic experience.
